The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) independently and impartially resolves disputes between consumers, including some small businesses and participating financial services providers. Zero have been working with FOS to deliver an enterprise level CMS that supported the management of both the FOS Internet and Intranet Sites.
Zero crafted an Intranet experience encompassing a responsive template design implementation, enabling FOS to communicate a unified message to staff including personalized content, forms and much more.
The intranet solution was designed to enable FOS staff to stay abreast of company happenings – within hierarchical small groups and organization-wide categories. Within specific group levels, administrators can tailor content based on the individual, so that they only see what is relevant to them.
The intranet solution also has the functionality of a staff directory, integrating with the ConnX HR Management application. Staff members are able to search for people within the organization across multiple credentials.
An intranet has allowed FOS to achieve a more flexible workforce, streamlined collaborative procedures, and not to mention, stronger employee engagement.
